Setting your strategy

In this section we take our goals and intentions and make them more concrete with the aim of creating good habits.

Eating three meals a day, 365 days a year is a lot of choices, cooking and planning!

Habits and repetition is key! That means fewer but better choices and more time and money.

To create habits, create a strategy. Ask yourself basic questions about how you intend to eat. Then adapt the general approach each week.
