Setting your goals

In this section we think about what Eating Well means for us, in terms of specific intentions and goals.

In the section Eating Well in Context we looked at how we all have different needs based on our circumstances, and provided a questionnaire to think about your context.

We hope that these questions got you thinking about why your needs may be the same or different from other people.

Now we want you to make some notes about what would Eating Well means for you based.

To help you we have provided the Eating Well Aims Jotter.

Eating Aims Example

This Eating Aims Jotter is a place to make notes about your what Eating Well means for you. You can either fill it in directly, or make notes by going through the Eating Aims Questionnaire.

This one is filled in with some examples. We don't expect you to fill in everything, just use it to make notes about what matters to you. You can use these notes to help you fill in your Eat Well Strategy.
