In this section we think about what Eating Well means for us, in terms of specific intentions and goals.
In the section Eating Well in Context we looked at how we all have different needs based on our circumstances, and provided a questionnaire to think about your context.
We hope that these questions got you thinking about why your needs may be the same or different from other people.
Now we want you to make some notes about what would Eating Well means for you based.
To help you we have provided the Eating Well Aims Jotter.
This one is filled in with some examples. We don't expect you to fill in everything, just use it to make notes about what matters to you. You can use these notes to help you fill in your Eat Well Strategy.
