Defining Your Story
This section helps you define your "Eating Well Aims". It asks a series of questions and asks you to think about the answers in terms of how that will impact how you want to eat as a student. These aims will be used in the Planning and practicialities section, to help you prepare a meal plan.
Would you like to Eat Well? The balance of foods that constitute Eating Well are universal. How we achieve this balance is not. Context is important. Beliefs, health, tastes, and circumstances all influence the way we shape our version of Eating Well.
