Eating and food are part of everyone's lives. With the huge availability and convenience of food all around us, eating can become very automatic. Eating has become easy. To Eat Well has to be intentional and is sometimes a challenge but the rewards are there for the taking.

The Student Handbook sets out how eating well is key to a successful student life. We set out what we mean by eating well in terms of getting the nutrients we need in an enjoyable, satisfying way.
